Scott's Collection was a brand new 3-phase apartment complex with 212 units. We needed to fill each building one at a time, while also creating an online and in person community from scratch for the residents.
The neighbourhood was a very "industrial turned brewery" neighbourhood. We focused heavily on showcasing local artists; including muralists, musicians, and tattooists in our social media and events
